This is a key leadership role within CCEA, serving as the principal adviser on the development of our culture, organisation, and people. The role is instrumental in ensuring a progressive organisation that encourages a culture of engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement, enabling our people to thrive and deliver on our strategic objectives.
