Programme Manager, Question Paper and Assessment Development (Reform of Qualifications)
Temporary
Salary: 62k-66k (plus PRP* - currently under review)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Question Paper Production team and play an influential role in shaping the assessment and question papers currently produced by CCEA, and for the new reformed qualifications being developed for the Reform of Qualifications programme.
Working closely with teams of examiners, you will provide strong leadership across all aspects of question paper and assessment production, while supporting the modernisation and improvement of existing processes.
You will bring proven experience of providing strong, credible leadership, with the ability to manage, motivate and inspire professional colleagues to deliver successful outcomes across multiple complex and competing programmes of work. You will be confident in building effective relationships, driving improvement and ensuring high-quality outcomes are delivered within challenging and evolving environments.
This post is offered on a fixed term basis until 30 March 2029.
